TVOA membership is open to all vacation ownership operators, as well as real estate and mixed-use developers operating in Thailand that are willing to abide by the regulations and standards set forth in the TVOA Constitution and Code of Ethics.

Appreciate the support of a professional association able to lobby and liaise with both governmental organizations and consumers
Open to any one of the following category of applicants subject to the approval of the executive committee:
An owner of a vacation ownership resort affiliated with recognized international exchange company, e.g. RCI, I.I., DAE
A developer of a vacation ownership resort affiliated with a recognized international exchange company
An operator of a vacation ownership resort affiliated with a recognized international exchange company.
A marketing company of a vacation ownership resort affiliated with a recognized international exchange company.
A vacation ownership resort exchange company
A trust company that actively trades in Thailand and actively in the vacation ownership industry.
Entrance fee with first year membership: 50,000 THB
Annual membership: 30,000 THB
Open to any legal person not directly involved in the industry but, who to the satisfaction of the Executive Committee, demonstrates and maintains an interest in the industry including:
A real estate company
A trade association/other tourism related entities
Any other applicant for Associate Membership whom the Executive Committee may at its absolute discretion deem fit and acceptable for admission into such membership
Entrance fee with first year membership: 30,000 THB
Annual membership: 20,000 THB
Distinguished and honorable persons with special or wide knowledge of the Industry whom the Executive Committee wishes to honor may be invited to be Honorary Members of the Association.
There is no fee for honorary members.
